近年来，倾斜摄影实景三维模型越来越多地应用于三维不动产、国土空间规划等领域。然而，目前国内尚未出台统一的倾斜摄影实景三维模型数据产品质量检查规范。针对倾斜摄影实景三维模型的质量特征，提出了其质量元素和权重设置、质量检查内容和方法，并结合项目成果质检实践，评价了实景三维模型成果的质量。实践结果表明：提出的质量元素及其权重、质检内容客观准确，质检方法合理、可操作，可为倾斜摄影实景三维模型的质检工作和相关标准的制定提供参考。

In recent years, oblique photogrammetry-based real-scene 3D models have been increasingly applied in fields such as 3D real estate and territorial spatial planning. However, there is currently no unified quality inspection standard for the data products of oblique photography-based real-scene 3D models in China. Based on the quality characteristics of oblique photography real-scene 3D models and combination with practical experience in quality inspection of real-scene 3D model outcomes, the quality element settings, quality inspection content and methods for real-scene 3D models are proposed in this paper and get the quality of the real-scene 3D model outcomes evaluated. The practice results indicate that the proposed quality elements and their weights, as well as the quality inspection content in this study are objective and accurate, and the inspection methods are reasonable and operable. They provide reference for the quality inspection of oblique photography-based real-scene 3D models and the formulation of relevant standards.
