针对山西省基础地理实体转换过程中多源数据融合困难、更新现势性不足等问题,依托存量1∶10 000数字线划图开展研究。对数字线划图、数字正射影像图激光雷达、点云、行业专题资料及外业调绘成果进行标准化处理。依次开展多源融合、实体转换、变化识别、增量更新与过程质量控制,实现传统测绘数据向基础地理实体数据的转换与动态维护。工程应用结果表明整套工艺可显著提升实体更新作业效能,人均日作业量提升185.7%,总工期缩短62.5%;属性完整率达到100%,空间精度达标率和拓扑一致性达标率均为99.3%。研究形成的成套工艺可为省域尺度基础地理实体规模化生产与动态更新提供技术参考。
Abstract:Targeting the problems of multi-source data fusion challenges and poor update currency during basic geographic entity conversion in Shanxi Province, the research is conducted based on existing 1∶10 000 digital line graphics. Standardized processing is performed on digital line graphics, digital orthophoto maps, LiDAR point clouds, industrial thematic materials and field survey data.Sequential operations including multi-source fusion, entity transformation, change identification, incremental update and process quality control are adopted to support transformation and dynamic maintenance from traditional surveying and mapping data to basic geographical entity data. Engineering practice results prove that the process effectively improves entity updating efficiency, with the daily workload per capita risen by 185.7%, the total construction period reduced by 62.5%, the attribute integrity rate reached 100%,while spatial accuracy and topological consistency qualification rates both reached 99.3%. The proposed technologies can provide technology reference for the large-scale production and dynamic updating of provincial basic geographical entities.
